Steve is a 34-year courier, e-commerce, and final mile delivery industry veteran. Steve is the Director of the World Parcel Alliance, a wholly-owned subsidiary of WCA World, is the only global network of independent parcel and courier companies, with members in 191 countries. As an entrepreneur, Steve opened Esquire Express in 1990 as an on-demand and routed courier service. Esquire quickly became one of the top 10 couriers in the State of Florida in volume and revenue. In 1999, Steve opened Esquire Logistics to capture the emerging e-commerce sector. He spent the next 24 years growing the home delivery platform into one of the most successful white glove delivery services in South Florida. Steve is a long-time board member and Past President of the Customized Logistics and Delivery Association (CLDA). He was a board member of the Florida Messenger Association for 25 years and was the treasurer for over 10 years. He also has been a member of the Express Carrier Association for over 15 years. He has been featured in many industry publications and has been a guest speaker at national conferences, including the Parcel Forum, SMC3, and countless others.
